The products of our company are constructed to comply with the required European standards from tested materials. The production process is certified by ISO 9001:2008 which insures our steady quality of production in combination with the CE marking that our constructions bear following checks which have been notified by the operator IFT Rosenheim of Germany.
Α) PATIO DOOR – WINDOW
MODEL ‘’BASIC 250’’
The model”basic 250″is manufactured by high quality of three pieces glued wood, class ‘A’ profiled 68 Χ 84mm. The use of three pieces glued plywood wood offers higher stability, to avoid distortion, in order to maximize the life of wooden frames.
Patio door designed with panel of 38cm from plywood 30mm (lacquered) and lined with thick wood veneer 1.5mm (paint with varnish) by special technique all around in panel, also the second design is with bottom rails.
The company presents a big variety of types (tilt and turn, folding type, double-hung sash window) and shapes (squared, arched, scuttle, curved, trapezoid).
Frames have triple insulation all around with 3 rubbers (2 on the sash and 1 on the casing) to maximize the heat and sound insulation, water tightness and resistance to the wind.
Double glasses intersection 4-15-5 with European specifications.
The mechanisms are adjustable from the most known companies, closing in different points all around, as well as aluminum transit with rubber, lined with wood (optionally).
The opening of the second sash has espagnolette with lever control.
The painting of the frames is made of water based varnishes made by a German company, it is certificated, ecological and with UV filters. The process of painting has three stages carried out from an automatic robot.
Delivered with handle in several colors (white, bronze, silver, gold) of company HOPPE with anti-burglar mechanism of technology SECUSTIK.
